Click on Window menu in eclipse

Click on Preference

Expand Java

Expand Code style

Click on Code Templates

Expand Code

Click on New Java Files

Click on Edit Button

Enter Comments Here

Click on Ok button

Again, click on ok button
Now create Java class. This Author name will automatically insert
